Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the art of Taekwondo and other martial arts and have
attained a high level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.
Through extensive testing, certification
and tournament level competition, our staff has attained mastery in these martial arta and now enjoy sharing their skill and
passing them on to their students. Here are a few of USA Taekwondo Center's instructors and other staff members, starting
with Grand Master Young Ju Im:

Grand Master Young Ju Im (9th. Dan - Black Belt/GrandMaster) GM
- Young Ju Im has the highest achievement in martial arts and he received many credentials and accomplishments. GM-Im also
retained black belt-9th Dan in Hapkido and; furthermore, 8th Dan (the highest black belt) in Korea "Teuk Gong Moo Sool."
GM-Im worked as a Presidential Security Service special agent in Korea for the President and he served the country
for many years. GM-Im taught the most advanced martial arts to Elite Special Force units and internationally to law enforcement
in Korea. Recently USA Taekwondo Olympic team gave GM-Im with an Award for his dedication of service and invaluable teaching
of the team. In 2000 Olympic tournament in Sydney, the USA Taekwondo Olympic teams triumphed with Gold Medals.

Deputy Sun Oh (3rd. Dan - Black Belt/Coach) Currently working
as a full-time Deputy Sheriff for Los Angeles Sheriff's Dept (LASD). He's been with LASD since 1986-1990 as a Deputy Explorer
and Senior Advisor at Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff station. In 1990, he continued his career in law enforcement
and became a police officer in Long Beach PD. In 1994, he evolved to L.A. Airport PD. Later in 1998, he ascended his
career to Stockton where he worked in bike patrol, S.R.O.(School Resource Officer) program, and specialized in school
crimes. In 2001, he returned to his root, and lateral back to LASD as a deputy sheriff. He's been teaching
traffic school for 10 years in Los Angeles. He is fluent in Spanish & Korean.
He's currently teaching Ultimate Special
Martial Arts (Teuk Gong Moo Sool) Self-Defense and coach Taekwondo to Black-Belt students. He studied
Taekwondo since he was 5 years old. Later in life he practiced Hapkido, Judo, Kali-Escrima, and now most advanced
martial arts of all - "Ultimate Special Martial Arts" under GM Young Ju Im.
